This category includes several types of units that can either be site-built or can be manufactured elsewhere, shipped in modules, and assembled on-site. Requires local architect.
1-story living unit over a shop designed in a manner so that it can either be site-built or can be manufactured elsewhere, shipped in modules, and assembled on-site. May be moved to another site as Main Street matures. May require local architect.
Small shop units that may either be site-built or can be manufactured elsewhere, shipped in modules, and assembled on-site. May be disassembled later and moved to another site as Main Street matures. May require local architect.
