Katrina Cottages have developed their own set of types in the first years of their existence. Katrina Cottages must be able to be delivered by all major methods: site-built, panelized, modular, and manufactured. Because of the need to be delivered by the last two methods, Katrina Cottages must be made up of modules thin enough to be transported over the highway.
